Jonathan Delman

Jonathan joined the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project in 2025, where they screen and litigate cases with Brady violations. Prior to working at MAIP, they were a public defender, disability rights attorney, and special education teacher in New Orleans. They graduated Magna Cum Laude and Order of the Coif from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California. In law school, they interned at the Legal Aid Society, Bronx Defenders, and Innocence Project. Outside of work, they enjoy vegetarian cooking, yoga, live music, and exploring nature.
